You are welcome to pick up from any time up until 6.00pm.
After 6pm - please let us know, and we’ll do all we can to help.

At Little Crumpets, we understand that work and traffic can be unpredictable. If ever late we ask all our parents not to worry and we’ll see you when you get here. We also understand that some days you may want to pick up early, so our Give and Take Promise is in place.

We completely understand that every family’s needs are different and we will always try our very best to help where we can. Our minimum hours are in place to help children settle comfortably into the routine, build strong relationships and get the most from their time with us.

However, if you have specific circumstances or would like to discuss a different arrangement, please do get in touch. We’re always happy to have a chat and see how we may be able to support your family.

Yes as an Ofsted registered provider— we accept a range of childcare payment schemes, including childcare vouchers, Tax-Free Childcare and childcare support through Universal Credit. We understand how important flexible payment options are for families and are always happy to help guide parents through the process where we can.

If you would like to use vouchers or a childcare scheme towards your fees, please do get in touch and we can provide any information you may need.

We are and fully adhere to all the rules and regulations required this includes advanced paediatric training for all our staff and the appropriate safeguarding courses.

Little Crumpets at home

Our rate is based on £10ph, which includes all activities, snacks and freshly prepared home-cooked meals

Mornings – minimum of 1 hour (based on school start time)
Afternoons – minimum of 2 hours (based on school finish time)
Fees after the hours stated above are then pro-rated i.e. extra 15 minutes is £2.50. 30 mins is £5.00

Morning session  – 07.30 to school drop off – £9.00 
Afternoon session – School pick-up to 18:00 – £20.00

Absolutely. We understand that every child is different and will work closely with you to ensure your child's individual dietary needs are met wherever possible. Please let us know about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when registering, and we will discuss the best way to support your child safely and comfortably whilst in our care.
